In a momentous ceremony at the Subukia Marian National Shrine on December 8, 2023, the Catholic Diocese of Nakuru celebrated the ordination of four new priests and four deacons. Led by His Lordship Bishop Cleophas Oseso, the Mass was a culmination of spiritual dedication and commitment to the divine calling.

The four newly ordained priests, Rev. Fr. Nicholas Olulu, Rev. Fr. Benjamin Hinga, Rev. Fr. Fredrick Mungai, and Rev. Fr. Joseph Kamitha, have been assigned to serve in various parishes, namely St. Charles Lwanga Parish in Njoro, St. Kizito Parish in Oleguruone, Holy Spirit Parish in Gilgil, and Holy Cross Parish in Mogotio.
